Dynex DX E-402

Hi,
i just brought a New dynex but i am having the worse time ever. i have connected it as stated in the guide . i have DSL verizon, all the 3 lights r one on the westell modem and all on the dynex but i just can't connect to the internet. I follow the shut down. unplug ect.... steps but to no avail. i tried it on my laptop still the same issue.

Carefully go over the manual instructions for setting up your router using DSL PPPoE settings. In case you lost the manual, heres a link:
