EA releases FIFA 14 for free on iOS and Android

  1. EA has now released FIFA 14 for iOS and Android. Unlike past iterations in the mobile franchise, this time around EA has adopted a new business model, offering the game for free with in-app purchases.

    You mean the casual gamer pay-to-win model that facebork games have relied on? That's exactly what it's looking like to me. While it's true that I'd rather pick up an untreatable sexually transmitted infection that a Fifa game, I find this to be a worrying precedent for games by EA.
