EasyCleaner tutorial?

    Anybody know of an EasyCleaner tutorial?

    It detected millions of duplicate files and man I gotta say I'm not comfortable deleting what it recommends.

    My computer is a year and a half old and slowing down but good gravy who wants to delete that much without some tutorial.
