Is there any way to manually (or with some tool) edit the autoplay function in WinXP sp2? When I insert a CD or Flash-drive the autoplay function presents me with a lot of options saying "<need provider>". I´ve tried to edit the registry, but I can´t find the right place.

it looks like it's trying to give you some options but it can't find the programs it wants

try downloading CCleaner and running the registry scan. my only other suggestion is to run a repair install of windows if that doesn't work but there might be more ideas out there that i can't think of right now ;)

It worked great, I just selected the invalid entries and deleted them. Now everything is normal again. Thanks for your time anyway.
