Em350 wont boot

I brought an acer emachine em350 with windows 7 enterprise on it but for some reason after the updat wont boot tried restoring it and cant get factory restore to work tried the repair it with the repair start up and nothing I really need help plz

Is this laptop still under warrenty?

You may have to re-install Windows using an external USB CD drive or flash drive if you have no warranty on this netbook
