Emachines et1161-07 graphic card not detected

I have just recently purchased my first graphics card in attempt to upgrade my computer into a gaming computer and I have been running into a few problems here and there. My graphics card which is an AMD Radeon HD 6350 512MB With Low Profile Bracket And DMS-59 Port (http://ecx.imagesamazon.com/images/I/51XfYIEq1OL._SY355_.jpg) . My computer is just not detecting it whatsoever.

Are you using the ports on the new video card to hook up your monitor. if you are what happens. do you see anything on your monitor when you turn on the pc, can you get into the BIOS

yes I have been using the ports on the card in which whenever I do the screen shows "no signal". I have already switched the BIOS to use the PCI express ports as priority and nothing is happening still.

Ok I see your motherboard is using NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE, so here is what I would do. Take out the new video card and boot into windows with just the motherboard video. once inside windows remove everything that has to do with NVIDIA using the Programs and Features in the Control Panel. then shutdown and install new video card and see if that works. if it does work make sure the first thing you do is to install the AMD drivers from here
