EMBASSY® Trust Suite (ETS)

Hey .
i would like to report an issue ..
am on a Dell Latitude D620 laptop , i am using EMBASSY® Trust Suite (ETS)
i was setting a windows login protection but i think i sat a pre-boot one by mistake , i just sat a system password and that swipe thing ..
not i cant boot anymore , both my swipe and the systempassword didnt work ..and i havent set an admin password .
