End prg ccAp.exe??

Just about everytime I try to shutdown my pc, a window pops up dislpaying that program ccAp.exe is not responding and must be ended. Any ideas as to what this could be??

This is part of Symantec antivirus. See HERE

Maybe uninstalling then reinstalling the programme will help.

yea, this beast is known for hanging. there are several suggestions elsewhere
here on how to config NAV/NIS. my results improved by NOT scanning outbound
email.

thnx for the help, I ended up re-installed and it seems to have stopped.
