Hi arif

I'm not as certain about this driver as the last one I found for you... but it looks promising and is my best guess... (and the content of the driver's INF file - Installation Setup File - also makes me think it's a match your web cam's Hardware ID) but, of course, only installing and trying it will tell for sure
Code:
[Generic.NTAMD64]
%USB\VID_17A1&PID_0128.DeviceDesc%=USBDCam.NTAMD64,USB\VID_17A1&PID_0128

[Generic.NTx86.6.0]
%USB\VID_17A1&PID_0128.DeviceDesc%=USBDCam.NTx86.6.0,USB\VID_17A1&PID_0128

[Generic.NT]
%USB\VID_17A1&PID_0128.DeviceDesc%=USBDCam.XP,USB\VID_17A1&PID_0128

[Generic]
%USB\VID_17A1&PID_0128.DeviceDesc%=USBDCam,USB\VID_17A1&PID_0128

Download the file here

1. Unzip file Driver_for_Xpoint_webcam__Win_7_x64_.zip into a folder on your Desktop
2. Look at the files in that folder, rt click cam1690.inf, select Install
3. Then plug your webcam into the USB port (and give it a few minutes for Windows to find the installation files) You may need to reboot

Once your webcam is working, you can delete the Desktop folder (but save the .zip file if you should need it again)
