The printer [see above] is now printing a few words, missing whole sections, or just printing the heading of a page, although it printed my home page in it's entirity. I tried printing an e-mail, but it just printed the sender's address & date sent & omitted the body of the message.
Ink is there, & anyway it doesn't sound like an ink problem, does it? Just to check though, would someone remind me how to access head cleaning etc? I've done this before, but I just can't think how, any help in both matters would be very welcome, Thanks.

Sounds extremely random!

Usually when I've experienced these problems it's cause of incorrect drivers! May sound stupid but check 'em as well as page settings in IE. Are they the most recent drivers?
