I hope someone can help me. I am receiving an error message " instruction at 0x0ed69bd7 reference memory at 0x00000038 could not be read". Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

I am not positive I copied the error message correctly - frustration may have had something to do with it... I googled it myself and couldn't find anything. When the message appears again, I will copy it exactly. It hasn't occurred recently.
