Error message when opening ms-dos

    Im using Windows Me and when I try to open an ms-dos dialog I get an error message saying that the keyboard controller specified in the KEYBOARD= in seccion [386Enh] of the SYSTEM.INI. is incompatible with this windows version and that to fix the problem I should use windows instalation. It also affects any program that uses ms dos, I downloaded americas army in 5 files and when i tried to merge them using the army.bat file i got the message. Any idea on how to fix this?
