Error prtmgr.sys when installing xp

  1. yea im trying to install windows xp, and i get the bluue screenn no problems, its starts loading all the drivers and stuff, but as soon as it goes to load windows it says

    prtmgr.sys adress FD3F64AB base at FD3F4000
    page_fualt_in_nonpagedarea

    Stop 0x00000050 (0xFD3F64AB, 0x00000000, 0xFD3F64AB, 0x00000000

    can anyone help me with this please, i just insalled new mobo and cpu too, but i dont think there the problem

    run memtest 86+ booted from a floppy for at least 7 passes.

    thanks for help guys, i had 2 hardrivers and it seems that one of them got fried from when my old PSu fried and it took my mobo well it took thedrive too. and it was giving the error becuase it was trying to install xp, on the drive but it wasnt reconizing the drive so i was getting the error
