GHawz13, sorry to say, but your computer is not doing anything normal at all!
A reload is a very good option at this point. But keep in mind that you will have to back up your personal files and data, and set aside a good amount of time for doing it all, your updates, program reinstalls, Antivirus etc... Making sure you repartition and format the drive.
If you still want to attempt fixing this, the "data invalid" still, and only, suggests that there is permissions problems in the registry or elsewhere.
If this were my PC, I would be going in Safe Mode, hacking out all traces of the two drivers, checking and changing all the permissions, removing the cached drivers from the INF directory. Deleting any previous drivers, downloading the latest ones, cleaning out my temp files, updating Windows, and THEN giving it another try to load the devices.
It could take more time to keep fighting this then it would to reload.
The short-hand version of that is, you could uninstall, and delete, and remove references to your drivers (with the devices unplugged). And then run the driver again BEFORE plugging anything in. But the data invalid message still suggests that the driver cannot install itself in the registry.
This could be an easy fix, and hopefully someone will stumble on the fix for you. But my personal suggestion would be to reload, IF, that is feasible for you. Otherwise you could take it to a local PC repair shop. It is hard to troubleshoot now without being able to see everything and check everything.
I hope I don't sound like I'm "giving up", but still, your computer doesn't do ANYTHING right!
Good luck
