Event ID 1003

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 8059d4fc, parameter3 f5e1c5b0, parameter 4 0000000


I have a server running datacenter2003 with latest service packs. There has been a problem with the server rebooting and there has also been an issue with the backups failing.
I have attached the minidumps info because I cannot understand them. Hopefully someone on here can make sense of the crash and let me know. All help is appreciated.

Can some one tell me How do you guys read this dump files? So I can do it myself the next time
