event viewer errors

    heres the errors that're in my eventlog:

    Source: Service Control Manager
    Desc: The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific error 2.

    Source: IPNATHLP
    Desc: The Network Address Translator (NAT) was unable to request an operation of the kernel-mode translation module. This may indicate misconfiguration, insufficient resources, or an internal error. The data is the error code.

    Source: RemoteAccess
    Desc: Unable to load C:\WINNT\System32\iprtrmgr.dll.

    (an error just from leaving open a folder to the disc i think)
    Source: Disk
    Desc: The device, \Device\Harddisk3\DR3, is not ready for access yet.


    any help with primearly the first 3 errors is greatly wealcomed and appreciated.
