It means that since they are not on the net the hacking was done by the ones who handled the machines before they made it to the location, basically the code writers but in the hack. Kind of like those Trump votes that were turning into Clinton votes on some machines in, honest this is the name of the place, Clinton Township.

X number of votes were cast, Hillary at this point has 1 to 2 million more votes than Trump yet she lost. That means some votes count more than others and that is wrong. Wars have been fought over vote equality and yet no one here seems to care about this current situation.

You sound like everyone on the net who DOESN'T know how the United States president is elected, go back to civics class and learn how it works and WHY it works that way. Quick explanation is we don't have a national election, we have 50 (51 with DC) elections and each state then votes for the candidate that had the majority in each state. Each state has different amounts of votes based on total population so bigger states do have more of a voice but not so much so that they can drown out the smaller voices. That is why Hill can have more votes but still lose (anything over 51% per state is overkill and does not give you more electoral votes), mostly because New York and California voted for her and their populations are gigantic but more states actually voted for Trump in their own elections. Basically, the US is 50 sovereign states who each vote separately based on what their citizens want.

Hillary Clinton Won the election b receiving over 2,000,000 more votes than Trump. Trump, at least for now, appears to have won the electoral college, in his own words, "a disgusting rigged system".
Its interesting to note that some people are so adamant about going after a few cases of alleged "voter fraud" where ineligible voters actually cast a vote, that they will disqualify 100,000 of eligible voters via burdensome "proof" tactics (if they were serious on implelmentation they would provide reasonable transition rules), and ignore the case of 2,000,000 votes that did not count (actually, statistical experts are predicting that HRC will beat DJT by 2,700,000 or 2.7% of the vote when all votes are counted).
The electoral college has proven, once again, to be the biggest voter fraud perpetrated on our country in history. Time to rename it the "electoral fraud"!

mostly because there is no BS. the guy with the most votes wins. there is no weird "electoral vote" where arbitrary numbers decide the president instead of who got the most votes.

If these "computer scientists" are really just pulling crap out of their ***, then no... but if there is just the smallest reason to suspect something might not be right, then it should be investigated. I found a wiki page that shown how recounts have changed the outcomes of elections, there's got to be more evidence of it as well.
I really dont care about politics, really. I dont care who won. They are both dirty, IMO.

The pollsters have been proven countless times over this election to be complete *****s.
I don't know how the electronic voting systems work but if I were to design such a system, I would have a one-way token for a user to be able to verify their vote. There would also be a way to validate uniqueness of the tokens so the counts of votes could be validated (I.e. two users don't get assigned the same vote token).
pretty much me since the whole situation with Trump being president is damn funny. the most powerful country in the world voted a clown to lead them. no wonder the world makes fun of the US education system. now have millions of new wacky jokes about americans to use too.
I haven't had this much fun reading the news in a loooong time.

Not so for Ms. Clinton. After all, how much talent does it take to stand on a ghetto street corner and promise people more of the American taxpayer's ever dwindling money. "I'm going to give you, free college", fifteen dollars an hour for doing practically nothing. After all, everybody knows, anybody making minimum wage in the past had a house in the suburbs, two collies, two kids in college, and his and hers late model SUVs.
They'd likely have to rewrite the oath of office to suit her agenda. To wit, "do you, Hillary Rodham Clinton", swear to uphold and protect the constitution of the United States, against all enemies, foreign and domestic, for the express benefit of African Americans, in the manner begun by Barack Obama?

even in Canada, which most consider a democracy it doesn't work this way. Geographic area's (population based) are assigned a Member of Parliament. Whichever party votes the most MP's in, wins the election, it's not based on the overall vote.

As far as his earlier comments go, "The Clown" Donald Trump, sugar coated and then rammed, every unpopular stance of the Republican Party down the nation's throat. Defund planned parenthood, check! Overturn Roe v. Wade, yup! And on it goes. In spite of the fact I vehemently disagree with Trump on those two particular religious right issues, he's still a far better alternative than Hillary Clinton..
Besides, those onlookers in the peanut galleries, haven't caught on that we DIDN'T elect Trump, but rather Mike Pence, the head of the RNC, Reince Pribus, and whatever experts and experienced politicians Trump's "transition team" chooses to bring in.
You hafta admit, as far as "figurehead leaders" go, Trump is and will be, stellar in that role.
