Sorry for taking so long to reply! I was trying to fix other issues with my computer and was cleaning out driver files... accidentally deleted all of the display ones so that caused BSOD on startup. Took me awhile to find a nonwireless keyboard so I could use safemode (for some reason the wireless doesnt work until the computer's started up) and reinstall drivers.
But I've done what you asked and both of those files said "file size is 0 bytes!" on Jotti's. I'm assuming thats another way of saying they dont exist? haha. And I used OT and everything is off now. Thanks!
