does anyone know of any program thats capable of this?? i've googled and done searches, but still can't find nothing. any help appreciated.

This sounds like what you're after, but if you've googled chances are you've seen this? Maybe I just phrased the question in a different way.
Taken from lists.evolt.org:
"The cheap and dirty way to do this - I use the program called Total Recorder
from HighCriteria.com, I play the exe file on my computer, and hit the
record button on TotalRecorder. You do have to play the whole file and I am
not THAT concerned about the quality of the sound, I think the sound quality
of this program is fine.
Nan"

The website in question is http://www.highcriteria.com/
Product is total recorder
I don't know if you can test drive it.

Assuming the audio is embedded in a standard way and is stored in the .exe and nowhere else.. You need a program that can extract resources from Windows executables. A resource can be a text string, a bitmap image, some audio, whatever and there are several programs that let you extract them.

@paranoid guy

i went to the site, they only have a trial version that limits the file to 1 min, so thats not much good to me

@nodsu
i tried using resource hacker, but i couldnt find the audio file, anyother good resoucre extracters

edit:
i settled for easy mp3 recorder, cheers
