F1 on Outlook .pst

Hello again! Please recommend me a FREE download (credit card -0 balance eh..) software that can retrieve user name and password from an outlook .pst file. Or if anybody have an idea how to code it in .Net.

there is a prog that was used to upgrade a pst file, in doing so it removed any passwords on it, i have it on my server but i cant post it here as it is an exe file.

from the text doc

"This utility was originally designed to upgrade the PST format to version 19. One of the utilities side effects is that it can strip out PST passwords.

Always make a backup of the PST BEFORE using. Since this utility wasn't designed for this purpose, use it to strip passwords at your own risk. There have been instances where the utility has caused damage to a PST."

Thanks but what i need is something to retrieve the password of the user so that i can configure/transfer his outlook to a new computer.

The HD was corrupted and I was able to retrieve only the pst file.
