    In other news, the 25% of the driving public that still ignore the 'no texting while driving' law will be the same folks that ignore the 'passengers are still prohibited from making mobile phone calls or sending text messages' rule. Thank goodness those folks will now have a new opportunity for causing death and destruction!

    Those folks have already been making phone calls and sending text messages on airplanes since they got their phones. It's not a new opportunity.
