fake system alert - now removed?

i ran through all of the 10 steps indicated by howard and am now finalizing the 11th... hope this prevents this awfullly fake "system alert" notification to come up again, so far it looks nice
in any case: THANK YOU HOWARD!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Delete all files in AVG Antispyware quarantine.

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT and reboot your system.

Run HJT again and see if those entries have gone. If they have, you`re good to go.
