About 2 weeks ago my CPU fan started acting up rand real loud and was stuttering. Well after cleaning the dust away and a ittle poke to the center of the fan when it go real loud again it fixed the problem. Now one of my other fans it doing it, plus some of the LEDs in the case dimmed, so I need to know possible problems.

Fan noise is most commonly caused by dust and wear!!!!

You say some LED's dimmed! Are they in the fan that is acting up or elsewhere in the case???

The dimmed LED are on the Fans.

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I`d recommend you replace both fans ASAP. They don`t cost much and the fact that you`ve been having problems with you cpu fan, it`s important that you replace it, before you start having overheating problems.

Edit: As to the cause, I agree with rik, it`s probably due to dust or the fans wearing out.
