Fan wire adapter

I have a fan with 4 wire pin and a fan controller with 3. I need a 4 to 3 adapter to go in between but can't seem to find one at newegg. Anyone care to steer me in the right direction? Thanks. I am not very bright sometimes and forget that people can't read my mind. What I actually need is a 4-pin PWM Male to 3-pin Female Adapter Cable

Yes, but I was looking for it on newegg and can't find it. I guess I will have to buy it somewhere else other then the egg.

I've used FrozenCpu quite a few times, haven't had a problem yet.
