Fat32 versus NTFS with RAID 0

Which is better for my situation, Fat32 or NTFS:

Im using two 120 GB hard drives, a C: drive of about 40GBs and a D: with 200GB. I dont care about security (i want performance instead) and im into playing games/mp3s/browse the web, etc..

Which one would run faster?

Also, i should choose 64kb stripe size right? Thanks for any help.
