    ...long storry short this is what appears when system is starting up...

    STOP: C000021a {Fatal System Error} The session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000) The system has been shut down.

    What version of Windows are you running?

    Are you trying to install Linux (dual boot) by chance?

    When did the problem start (make any changes?) Give us some more info, and perhaps we can help.
