I'm not sure what program is doing this. Every few minutes a window opens in my taskbar for a second and then disappears. Sometimes it will cause games to minimize when it happens. I'm not sure if it's related but occasionally when I'm browsing with IE I get an error saying windows explorer (not IE) has encountered an error and needs to shut down. Not a big deal since it just fires right back up.
At first I suspected spyware. I've ran McAffe along with a couple of different online virus scans and spyware detection programs and even had someone check out a hjt log for me and nothing ever came up.
So now I'm suspecting a faulty application. I would say it may be IE related but it happens even when I'm not doing anything and when no windows at all are open.
