HELP!! Among my usual "favourites" which can be deleted or added in the usual way, there have suddenly appeared undesirable connections, gambling dating etc.. which unfortunately are accompanied by pop-ups. These do not respond in the usual way and all advice would be useful. I suspect one of my children may have introduced these.

Your system is infected with spyware etc.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log as a .txt attchment into this thread, only after doing the above.
