Another example is that even police is going online. You can report a crime online, and even the youth's most popular internet social network site irc-galleria (almost every teenager in finland has an account there) have there coppers working with young there, to whom they can just chat with privately if they have something that bothers them and can't deal with themselves, like harassing. These are kind of the services you'd like your government make. The list just goes on here, that's why it's important that everyone has access to them, anytime.

no- they don't - you have to pay yourself for internet in Finland. Also Internet connection is not secure- anyone can reed your personal info- if they know basic of IT security.
 
Who claim internet is expensive in their country? It cost $1,440 to get 256kbps in Nigeria. Are you an ISP who can provide something cheaper, Nigeria is a good market? new2comli@yahoo.com
