It didn't work.

Check windows firewall authorization driver...

Go Start>Control Panel>Device Manager.
Click on "View" tab and click on "Show hidden devices".
"Non-Plug and Play Drivers" section will expand.
Right click on "Windows Firewall Authorization Driver", click "Properties".
Set "Startup type" to "Demand" and press "Start" button.
Click OK button.

Exit Device Manager, restart computer and see if you can start Windows firewall now.
 
Alrighty! I'll get that done and again... Thank you so much for your help with my crazy computer! I'm so glad I have Firefox back!!
