Firefox page contents Issue

    I re-formatted and re-secured a friend's PC.. all went well until I installed firefox...

    Once in awhile upon program initialization the page contents will jump up and down continuously.. I found that messing with random settings made it stop.. but I couldn't exactly pinpoint the reason for this, for messing with ANY combination of things would make it stop... no themes or plugins are installed, version is latest FF2 release.

    Any ideas?
