Firsr Page loads bout 4 times slower then other in IE

Ok this starteed bout a week ago i dont quite know why, when i open my IE startup page it is blank and when i type any web site it takes about 40 seconds to load but after i browse same web sites it takes bout 5 seconds, does anybody know how can i fix this c***.

Dump IE and download Firefox from www.getfirefox.com
U'll notice the difference urself. Trust me, Firefox is way better than IE:grinthumb
