The SL-C700, which uses a Linux OS, is equipped with an Intel XScale processor, 64MB flash memory, 32MB SDRAM and Secure Digital (SD) and CompactFlash (CF) card slots. Measuring 120×83×18.6mm and weighing 225 grams, the PDA can be folded with its screen facing both inside and outside.
