Flash Drives, not working

hi
i have a Chinese Branded (YES) Flshdrive, in which i had all my data,
but one day suddenly it stoped working

now when i plug it in the DIVESE MANAGER does detect it as USB MASS STORAGE DEVICE but in MY COMPUTER it says insert disk ,,, whats the problem
THE LIGHT ON THE FLASHDRIVES COME ON AND FLASHES AS USAL

DUNNO WHAT HAPPEND
URJENT HELP NEEDED CAUSE IMPORTANT DATA ON IT (HAVE NO BACKUP)
