Forcing Dual monitor settings with TV only

Hey, right i'm running a pc like a personal file server for myself but the pc is also connected to the tv and i do watch a lot of videos on it. as its a file server i don't run a actual monitor to it so i don't get the dual monitor settings i was wondering if there was a way to force the availability of these settings. I access the file server via RealVNC (remote assistance)

so basically 1 pc 1 monitor want settings for dual monitors without having to physically attach a second monitor

i'm running Nvida PCI graphics card

check for new drivers, i know this is cliche, but my dad has the same exact problem and there is a driver for file server pcs and video card compalibilty
