FORMMAIL not working on Irish EsatBT

One of the websites I work on, is hosted by Esat-BT, formerly IOL, in Ireland.
It has a name like www.website.IE
I have tried FORMMAIL in the versions .PL, .CGI and .PHP but none of them work.
EsatBT does not let you have access to a control-panel or anything like it.
You have to send them a fax or email and they then are supposed to do it for you.
They are less than helpful, to say it mildly.

Anybody know of an EsatBT hosted website with an .IE extension that actually has formmail working?

I will advise the owners of the website to move their hosting to a more liberal (and an awful lot cheaper) hosting company anyway, but that will take a while.

I realize that you are usually quite exacting.
But is it that critical that the site be a (local for You)" .ie" Extension.
There are many reliable sites on this side of the pond that could supply that service.

Hi Len,
the same website-name with a .COM extension exists, but belongs to their (US) competition.
The .IE has been around since 1995 but back then they were not clever enough to also reserve the .COM (the opposition got it as late as 2000 !).
So we are stuck with .IE
I know other hosting companies which will be only too happy to host an .IE outfit.
