Frames missing on 'net

:confused Can anyone tell me what i've got turned off or is perhaps missing -sometimes when i access certain web pages i find some of their constituent parts missing. EG instead of a square or oblong frame there will just be the outline of the shape and in the top left corner will be a small motif, of a little white box containing a tiny squre, circle and triangle.

Certain web pages display graphics using different softwear I.E Java or Macromedia Flash player etc.

You can download and install these programmes from.

www.java.sun.com and www.macromedia.com
