Free Virus/Malware removal?

my computer got the virus/bug thing of Internet Security 2010 on it and i managed to get it off by installing malawarebytes but i also downloaded several free virus scanners and it said i had some low level threats on my computer but i cant seem to find anything for free that actually removes them instead of just scanning for them. Does anyone know a good download? Thanks!
