    (Thanks CptSiskoX) All those people who don't download security updates due to bandwidth/time/money constraints and concerns just lost another excuse not to install the endless stream of security patches from Microsoft. US residents enjoy free shipping.

    this free cd should be good for my old computers not on a network. :grinthumb

    but then again, knowing microsoft, i will probably have to download some more patches by the time i get it. :rolleyes:

    I guess it would be handy when you are doing a fresh installation and don't want so spend an eternity downloading the patches since the original release of the OS.

    I think this is an awesome thing for Microsoft to do. I just spent 3 hours yesterday updating a fresh install of 98SE on a DSL connection(40KB/s). This will save me a lot of time.
