Freezing

  1. heya buddies,
not sure where to post this, if its wrong place, please excuse me ;)
    now to my problem:
lately, my PC freezes, what i mean? picture freeze, sound freeze, mouse doesn't show on screen, basically: all system freezes.
to get back to work i have to manually shut-down the pc and re-start it.
no warning alert is displayed before/after the problem happens.
just wild guess its the power supply, i should also mention that this happens quite often, each 3-4 hours, maybe 5 hours sometimes.
any idea what may be the problem?

    thanks in advance,
    geo

ps: system: core 2 duo e6600, GFX: 7600GT, 2MB ram, no idea about the power supply (watts)

Run CCleaner at the 3hour (or 5 hour) stage

i ran it, and it deleted few files.
i'm going out now, i'll leave the pc ON, and we'll see if it still stuck.
