Frequent Disconnection from 'net

    When roadrunner hiccups, I lose my 'net cnnection. I have a 802.11b wireless conection (Linksys) to a cable hub.

    My mom(ME) and my sister(98) can still connect after, I cannot' connect though (XP)

    you might try going to Start>>Run, then type command

    Once there try typing ipconfig /release (you might want to do this twice)
    Then type ipconfig /renew. This should take care of it and renew your ip address with your router.

    That worked and it didn't.

    The renew could nopt find the dhcp server. And sicne I can't load the router from anywher for some reason...

    (just got the wireless to connect again)
