My Friends Pc is going to a blue screen and is saying something about hardware i didn't get the full story but it also says something about pressing F8 to go into advanced start up mode.
He presses F8 and it comes up with a screen that he didnt explain properly and i told him what i thought he should do and it just re boots itself and goes back to the same page again he cant even access windows.
He has a Dell and it says he should contact his manufacturer i dont have a clue a little help would be appreciated.
