most likely it will if the mobo is recent. but the best thing would be to find the manual for the mobo online aand check there.
my mobo is 2 yrs old and it came with extra usb connectors, so im guessing that now it would be standard to have them on all the recent ones.

I was pretty sure about the USB ports, but I was more worried about the audio ports.

Could someone more experienced take a look for me?

Is there a way to tell if the mobo supports front audio? What do the hookups look like? Anyone?

the Audio port is usally somewhere at the bottom-most part of the board. along the line of the USB port connectors, SPDIF CD-in, etc...

on this board, you can see the "Audio" conectors that has 2 blue jumpers: http://www.tbreak.com/reviews/fullimage.php?image=10472

so yes, this motherboard will support the case front audio connectors
