FYI: House Moves Anti-p2p Bill Forward

  1. Congress was proposing a bill that would require colleges to deter p2p use. The proposed bill had several contentious aspects to it including that it clearly asks colleges to support specific sites (such as Napster) and that failure to do so could be linked to loss of federal financial aid for schools.

    Oh we go... it's started..
