Gainward GeForce 6800GT 256MB "Ultra/2400" 2ns

Hello, I need a bit of help as I want to buy the:

Gainward GeForce 6800GT 256MB GDDR3 AGP8X, "Ultra/2400",2ns,DVI, Retail

I know quite abit about graphics cards and understand the item above apart form: "Ultra/2400", this card is not a Golden Sample or a GLH card. So what does it mean?

From what i read abt this card it rocks,i read a revies from a local magazine that this card overclocks very well and is the best of the lot (leave BFG) in 6800 series, other than that i dont know what that ultra 2400 thingy means, but if u have the money go for it.
