I wondered if one can overclock an ordinarry GPU from Gainward to GS or GLH.
The Gainward GeForce® GTX 1070 Phoenix for example is way cheaper than the GLH edition but I guess its identical in hardware so couldn't it be overclocked to become a GLH? Or does it need a special BIOS or something?
