Game crashes with Buzzing

Hey, I have been looking at alot of threads of this kind of thing, but everyone points to different issues. During games, my computer will play FINE for about 5 minutes, then the game startes to freeze and skip, after about 20 seconds it freezes and can not be unfrozen, along with a loud buzzing of the sound looping. Build listed below
