Game won't run

I just purchased a new PC for my son to play games on, and it has all the new drives, direct x, etc. For some reason, though, when he play say Lego Star Wars the game begins to pixilate, freeze, or crash after about 5 minutes of play. Can anyone help? The system is below- thanks

what graphics card is installed All games have a minimum requirement. Also have you tried reinstalling it

to see if this solves the problem after uninstalling clean the registry and one other thing check the

website all games have theyre own website for any available patches let me know if this helps. please

post Graphic card specs as well

Sometimes game requirements are not completely true and the card mentioned on the requirements are little below then you will need to higher card to play well. Give me the exact trademark and model of your Graphic card.
 
that should be enough to run lego star wars if at reduced quality that doesnt explain why it is freezing or

pixelating does it only do this when running the game? does the system shut down when it does? did

you try reinstalling it to rule out that possibility? have you checked a game update? also one other

thing you can try is to run dxdiag from the run menu as this will test any and all video issues regarding

your Graphics card and your current version of Direct X. let me know if this helps XD
 
This card should play the game. Do you have all latest drivers for your PC?

Also do you get the same problem with other games?
