I have had my normal Audigy2 card for years now, and it is starting to play up, like cutting out in games, and often when i'm facing someone who is talking to me I can't hear them and will have to turn to the side to hear them, things like that lol.
I was planning to upgrade the card anyway, but i'm not sure whether I should get the X-Fi Gamer or Music. I hear they are essentially the same thing, although the Gamer is the newer edition. More people swear by the Music though.
I would love some advice, as they are both available, and both basically the same price.
