Games crash as soon as I start them

no matter what game i start it crashes as soon as it pops up, i have an hp pavilion dv9000 and i tried installing direct x and that didnt work and i tried 2 differnt drivers for my graphics card and still doesnt work. any suggestions please?

Does everything else work ok on this machine? If so then you are most likely trying to run games that require higher specifications than this machine has. It is only the high end Laptops and desktop PC's that are truely suited for game play.

Check the minimum system requirements of the games and then compare it with your PC's specifications.
